You already have a chimney or B-vent
Atmospheric water heaters vent naturally through existing chimneys. If you have one, this is the simplest, most affordable replacement.
You want hot water during power outages
Unlike power vent and electric models, atmospheric heaters don't need electricity. The pilot light generates enough power to operate the gas valve.
You're replacing an existing atmospheric tank
